I’m the guy you talk to when something doesn’t go as expected with your SkyVantage implementation. I make it my business to know what your issues are, so we can resolve them quickly and with efficiency. I’m the one you speak with when you call SkyVantage support, and I’ll walk through any questions you have with how to use the system. if we determine something is not working as expected, I will own that issue until it is resolved, even in instances when I need to involve more technical resources.
Issue resolution is only one part of the equation, though. Here at SkyVantage, we are your partner and trusted advisor. We believe it is our job to be proactive about identifying potential issues with your environment, and we continually monitor our customers’ deployments for that reason. In addition, we want to give you the tools you need to be successful, and we do so through ongoing training, best practices webinars, and Pulse (our issue reporting and enhancement tracking website).
